The SOC Senior Analyst is the escalation point for complex security incidents beyond first-line triage.

Responsibilities
- Handle escalated L1 incidents through investigation, analysis, and resolution within defined processes and SLAs.
- Analyze and categorize events using severity levels and runbooks.
- Perform detailed triage and in-depth analysis across client environments.
- Build and maintain SOC procedures, playbooks, and incident response plans.
- Support SIEM use case creation and improved detection logic.
- Guide L1 analysts and contribute to knowledge sharing and team development.
What you will need
- Solid SOC operations experience handling escalated and complex security incidents.
- Deep understanding of threat analysis, attack techniques, and incident response methodologies.
