- Monitor and analyze security alerts, logs, and events
- Investigate and respond to security incidents and threats
- Perform threat analysis and incident correlation
- Support incident response, containment, and remediation activities
- Optimize SIEM use cases, correlation rules, and alerting mechanisms
- Maintain security incident documentation and reports
- Collaborate with IT and security teams to strengthen security posture
- Mentor junior SOC analysts when required
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Minimum 7 years of experience in SOC, cybersecurity, or incident response roles
- Strong experience with SIEM and EDR solutions
- Solid understanding of network security, operating systems, and cyber threats
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills

Requirements

Preferred Certifications
- CISSP, GCIH, GCIA, CEH, Security+, SC 200, or equivalent.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Microsoft Sentinel (Azure Sentinel).
- Knowledge of NIST, ISO 27001, and MITRE ATT&CK frameworks.
- Experience in enterprise or government security environments.
