Snr System Analyst Payroll Applications

• Strong hands-on experience and domain knowledge in SAP Payroll processes, configurations, system impacts, and HR Service Pack (HRSP) release management.
• Proven track record in translating complex business requirements into detailed technical specifications, deployment plans, and system workflow diagrams.
• Demonstrated ability in designing test scenarios, managing regression and user acceptance testing (UAT), and validating complex technical solutions post-development.
• Exceptional capability to act as a trusted liaison between technical delivery teams, squad members, and key business stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with experience conducting feasibility studies and evaluating how system changes affect existing policies, processes, and business operations.
• Experience building support strategies, authoring runbooks, and leading technical knowledge transfer to operational support teams.
• Proficiency in helping agile project teams manage scope, identify delivery bottlenecks, and mitigate technical risks.
• Skill in creating clear, structured business process documents, process flow charts, and performance dashboards.
