This is a short-term, project-based, full-time, on-site role for a Senior Project & Events Manager.
The role supports the Polo AlMarsa project in collaboration with the Director.
The position involves event operations, planning, coordination, vendor collaboration, and team leadership.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the Polo AlMarsa project.
- Plan and coordinate event activities and operations.
- Collaborate with vendors and project stakeholders.
- Ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
- Lead a team to execute a successful project and event.
Qualifications
- Have project management, event management, and leadership skills.
- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Have experience managing budgets and timelines.
- Be able to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Be detail-oriented and organized with a keen eye for quality.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in marketing and brand strategy is a plus.
- Experience working in sports events management is preferred.
- Experience working in events in Qatar is preferred.
- Arabic-speaking ability is preferred but not required.
Availability
- Be available in Qatar for the short-term project and able to start immediately.
