Lead a squad of engineers within the Chief Data and Analytics Office.

Act as second in command within a wider team of approximately 40 people with substantial ownership and responsibility.
Job responsibilities
- Provide technical guidance and foster a collaborative team environment.
- Develop and enhance the Fusion data catalogue platform.
- Deliver secure, high-quality, scalable solutions and influence technical decisions.
- Serve as a data platforms subject matter expert and implement software development lifecycle practices.
- Promote governed AI-assisted engineering and support operational stability and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and encourage an inclusive, respectful team culture.
Required qualifications and skills
- Experience leading technical teams and managing stakeholders.
- Hands-on expertise in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
- Advanced proficiency in one or more programming languages and technical disciplines.
- Experience with enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools.
