Role Description
A Dubai-based hospitality development company is seeking a Senior Document Controller to manage the project Common Data Environment across pre-construction, construction, handover, and close-out.
This is a development-side role, with developer, client representative, or PMC experience strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily CDE administration for multiple hospitality development projects.
- Set up and maintain project folder structures, permissions, document numbering, metadata, revision control, transmittals, and approval workflows.
- Maintain document, drawing, submittal, RFI, technical query, design review, decision, change, procurement, and handover registers.
- Control receipt, review, issue, distribution, filing, retrieval, and archiving of project documents.
- Coordinate document flow between the developer, PMC, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and operators.
- Track design deliverables, submissions, comments, approvals, overdue actions, and revised documentation.
