SMT Operator

Applicants must possess any education, training or experience necessary to perform all essential duties and responsibilities associated with the position.

Education, training and experience indicative of an individual’s ability to perform all essential job duties and responsibilities include the following:

• Must be familiar with Surface-Mount Technology (SMT) electronic components and SMT assembly process.
• Have a general knowledge of manufacturing processes.
• Read and interpret assembly instructions.
• Able to work with speed and accuracy.
• Able to communicate effectively and relate to co-workers
• Able to follow verbal instructions.
• Able to work well under minimal supervision
• Punctuality and good attendance record.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Ability to pass a background investigation, including but not limited to personal and professional financial history, nationwide criminal record search, credit check, and other relevant background information deemed necessary by WDC.

• Prior knowledge or experience working with a Native American Tribe.
