SMT Logistics Operative

This is a hands-on role supporting our PCBA & production operation, with responsibilities including:

Kitting and issuing materials and orders to SMT areas

Loading and unloading goods

Operating forklift trucks (training provided where required)

Stock control and inventory management

Supporting cycle counts, stock audits and continuous inventory accuracy.

Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment

Supporting continuous improvement within the PCBA operation

We are looking for reliable, enthusiastic individuals who can work effectively as part of a team while also demonstrating initiative and a proactive approach to work.

This is a rotating shift role, alternating weekly between:

Monday to Friday, 06:00 – 14:00 (Early Shift)

Monday to Friday, 14:00 – 22:00 (Late Shift)

Occasional Saturday working may be required to support business needs.
