Job Description:
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic SMO (Social Media Optimization) Executive / Intern to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to increase online visibility, engagement, and brand awareness. You will work closely with the content and marketing teams to manage our social media presence across various platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others
- Create and curate engaging content (text, images, and videos) tailored to each social media platform
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews across social media channels
- Track and analyze the performance of social media campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or other social media analytics tools
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices
- Assist in planning and executing paid social media campaigns to increase reach and engagement
- Collaborate with the content, design, and marketing teams to align social media efforts with overall brand and marketing strategies
- Engage with followers and influencers to build strong online communities
- Assist in preparing reports on social media performance and suggest improvements
