Responsibilities
- Develop and produce engaging content communicating the foundation's mission, programs, and impact
- Plan content calendars, research and craft stories, write and edit copy
- Create multimedia assets such as visuals, short videos, and social media posts
- Collaborate with program leads, marketing and partnerships teams to translate complex initiatives into compelling narratives
- Manage content for website, newsletters, social platforms, and event collateral
- Monitor performance and iterate based on analytics and feedback
Requirements
- Strong skills in content writing and storytelling
- Ability to develop content strategies and editorial plans
- Proficiency in research and information synthesis
- Experience with basic visual content creation using common design or editing tools
- Knowledge of digital marketing principles and social media best practices
- Excellent attention to detail with strong editing and proofreading capabilities
- Comfort working in a collaborative, fast paced environment
- Strong written and spoken English

Role Description

Qualifications
- Strong skills in content writing and storytelling, including experience creating clear, engaging copy for web, social media, and marketing materials.
- Ability to develop content strategies and editorial plans aligned with organizational goals and target audiences.
- Proficiency in research and information synthesis to turn complex topics into accessible narratives.
- Experience with basic visual content creation using common design or editing tools.
- Knowledge of digital marketing principles, social media best practices, and audience engagement techniques.
- Excellent attention to detail, with strong editing and proofreading capabilities.
- Comfort working in a collaborative, fast paced environment and coordinating with cross functional teams.
- Prior experience in impact driven organizations, startups, or innovation ecosystems is an advantage.
- Strong written and spoken English; additional languages commonly used in the region are a plus.
