Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze escalated incidents using Power BI and PowerShell to ensure timely resolution and compliance with agreed service levels.
• Mentor team members and administrators while preparing standard operating procedures and maintaining documentation.
• Validate change order implementation plans and human error compliance.
• Use Python for data analysis and participate in capacity planning initiatives.
• Engage in customer meetings to gather feedback and understand issues.
• Conduct root cause and trend analysis using Power BI and present performance reports to business stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement through analysis and stakeholder reporting.

Skill Requirements

• Proficiency in Power BI for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong PowerShell skills for automation and scripting.
• Familiarity with Python for data manipulation and analysis.
• Solid understanding of incident management processes and quality compliance.

Optional Certifications
