1. In depth understanding of the hardware, control system and software aspects of Traction Motors used Electric vehicles. 2. Overall understanding of EV architecture and ecosystem. Overall understanding of Battery, Power converters and Vehicle control system of Electric Vehicles 3. Hands on experience in various stages of product development and deployment of Electric motor system 4. Experience in design & development of either Traction motor, Inverter, MCU hardware, software etc 5. Experience with control strategy development, modelling, simulation and tuning of control algorithms, integration and vehicle level testing of Electric Motors 6. Good understanding of the performance requirements and benchmarks for Electric motors and Traction system 7. Understanding of validation of Traction system on component and system level 8. Good commutation skills with ability to co-ordinate with inter disciplinary teams working across different geographic locations.
