- Oversee creation of code translation rules for transformation logic
- Coordinate mock execution cycles to test ETL pipeline performance
- Monitor migration window and optimize scripts to minimize downtime
- Oversee development of automated reconciliation tools
- Lead triage of data related defects
Requirements
- Experience in data migration projects, preferably in banking
- Knowledge of T24 banking system
- Vendor management experience
- Strong understanding of ETL pipelines
- Experience with data governance and quality

Overview
- SME/Data Workstream Project Manager for a Banking Project
- Oversees design and execution of ETL pipeline from T24 legacy to new modules (Data Migration) and from T24 new modules to peripheral solutions and reporting datamarts.
Responsibilities
- Establish overarching data migration detail approach and data strategy for extraction into peripheral solutions and reporting datamarts.
- Manage documentation of all data sources and target peripheral solutions (e.g., ODS, Reporting engines).
- Oversee SI data migration activities and provide guidance.
- Coordinate with SI Vendor for establishing data migration standards, sign off criteria, validation rules, and data privacy guidelines.
- Lead T24 application owners and DBA teams to extract data from T24 old modules (FT, LD, MM).
- Partner with business users to execute data cleaning rules.
- Facilitate workshops between business & IT SMEs and peripheral system owners to map old data fields to new schemas.
- Oversee creation of transformation logic.
- Ensure data transformation rules accommodate downstream data feeds for peripheral platforms post go live.
- Coordinate scheduling and execution of multiple Mock Runs to test ETL pipeline performance.
- Monitor technical migration window during mock runs, optimizing scripts to minimize bank downtime and downstream data extraction.
- Coordinate parallel data loads into peripheral solutions to ensure synchronization with primary T24 banking data state.

- Quality & Cleansing Enforcer: Drives initiatives to cleanse and enrich legacy data.
- Data Vendor Manager: Oversees and coordinates with SI vendor handling data migration and reconciliation activities.
- Workstream Manager: Plan, organize, track and report to PMO governance the data related activities, manage cross functional issues.
