Role Description
- Zhome is looking for a Smart Home Technician to join our growing team in the UAE.
- This is a full-time on-site role involving:
- Installation of smart home systems and devices
- Site visits and technical surveys
- Smart lighting, curtain automation, AC control, smart switches, and security systems
- Basic troubleshooting and system testing
- Supporting project handover and client demonstrations
- Coordination with the technical team during project execution
- The role is mainly focused on practical field work inside residential projects including apartments and villas.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience in smart home, ELV, low current, electrical, or home automation systems
- Experience working on-site in residential or villa projects
- Basic understanding of networking and smart device connectivity
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Professional and respectful communication with clients
- Ability to work neatly and responsibly inside finished homes
- UAE experience is preferred
- Experience with smart lighting, curtain systems, access control, or security systems is a plus
- This role is best suited for a practical field technician who is willing to grow within a fast-moving smart home environment.
