Position Responsibilities

• Travel to customer to complete all jobs that are assigned to you.
• Maintain inventory in service vehicle – filters, oil, etc.
• Attend service training classes offered to maintain knowledge on new products, or for refreshers on products not encountered too often.
• Complete and submit all paperwork daily for jobs worked on (time cards, maintenance reports with customers’ signature). Paperwork must be completed at job site before leaving for the next job, or going home.
• Communicate with dispatcher and/or service office as to status of jobs and availability for new jobs.
• While completing jobs, look for any additional items that may need repair or appear to be worn – inform customer, especially if safety related (example: lights, backup alarms). Inform supervisor of possible additional items so they can follow up with customer, and note on maintenance report If repair is something you can take care of with customer’s permission, do so.
