About the Role
Ego Pharmaceuticals is hiring a SkinCare Consultant in Dubai to increase brand awareness and sales in pharmacies. The role involves product education, in-store merchandising, stock management, and building relationships with pharmacists.

Responsibilities
- Maintaining excellent product knowledge and training on the benefits of Ego Pharmaceuticals products
- Implementing in store merchandising and stock management to maximize sales outcomes
- Organise and attend meetings with Pharmacists and Pharmacy managers to promote the brand and ensure proper stock management
- Promote Ego Pharmaceutical products to the pharmaceutical industry by educating the market on the features and benefits of the products through regular visits
- Expand range and volume sold through existing and new customers
- Build strong relationships with existing and potential pharmaceutical customers to identify sales opportunities
- Implement marketing campaigns in store by arranging, distributing and displaying promoted products
- Achieve monthly sales targets from pharmacies and pharmacy groups
- Manage, grow and develop some key accounts to support the broader key account management team
- Develop and maintain excellent product knowledge of Ego Pharmaceutical products
- Maintain good knowledge of competitors products
- Educate pharmacies about the features and benefits of Ego Pharmaceutical products
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in any discipline
- Ability to influence key stakeholders to promote the Ego brand and grow market share
- Strong advocacy and selling skills to promote the Ego brand and products
- Ability to understand the competitor landscape
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to build rapport and develop trusting relationships
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to problem solve and think creatively
- Experience with Microsoft Office (i.e., excel, powerpoint)
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry (preferred)
- Driving required travel to a number of pharmacy client meetings and sales prospects each working day
- Required to work during weekends and attend trade shows where necessary

PRIMARY OBJECTIVES
- The purpose of the role of Skin care consultant, is to increase the awareness, recommendation, and usage of Ego Pharmaceuticals brands by consumers. The Skincare Consultant is responsible for maximizing sales outcomes, promoting the brand, and consistently applying the values Ego Pharmaceuticals can achieve its key objectives.
- Maintaining excellent product knowledge and training on the benefits of Ego Pharmaceuticals products
- Implementing in store merchandising and stock management to maximize sales outcomes.
- Organise and attend meetings with Pharmacists and Pharmacy managers to promote the brand and ensure proper stock management.
ACCOUNTABILITIES AND PERFORMANCE OUTCOMES
- Actively support and nurture the Ego Values (Quality, People, Ethics, Innovation, Service, Ego Spirit)
- Promote Ego Pharmaceutical products to the pharmaceutical industry by educating the market on the features and benefits of the products through regular visits
- Expand range and volume sold through existing and new customers
- Build strong relationships with existing and potential pharmaceutical customers to identify sales opportunities
- Implement marketing campaigns in store by arranging, distributing and displaying promoted products
- Achieve monthly sales targets from pharmacies and pharmacy groups

- Oversee stock orders from sale to delivery by liaising with key stakeholders (i.e. Pharmacists, delivery drivers etc)
- Manage in store stock by keeping up to date and accurate inventory records to ensure stock is compatible with marketing plans and sales consumption
CAPABILITIES SKILLS: Qualification Requirements
- Bachelor degree in any discipline
- A diploma in business administration, sales, or marketing desirable but not essential
KNOWLEDGE: Skills Requirements
- Ability to influence key stakeholders to promote the Ego brand and grow market share

- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry (preferred)

- Internal: Medical and Pharmacy Sales Representatives, Skin Care Advisor team, Regional Field Sales Supervisor, Key Account Managers, Merchandising team, Marketing team, Training Manager, Product distributors
- External: Ego consumers and potential consumers, Pharmacy Manager and Pharmacists, All store staff including; Store Supervisor, Store Manager and Store Sales Assistants, Other pharmaceutical representatives, Delivery drivers
COMPLIANCE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsibility to work diligently and compliantly, doing the right things the right way every time
PHYSICAL CAPABILITY REQUIREMENTS
- General office work, physical ability to drive a car
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
- Driving required travel to a number of pharmacy client meetings and sales prospects each working day
