Qualifications
- FANUC Robot Maintenance & Programming Expert responsible for robot programming, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, commissioning, optimization, and continuous improvement of robotic automation systems. The candidate will ensure maximum equipment uptime, support production requirements, and lead automation improvement projects while maintaining safety and quality standards.
Robot Programming & Integration
Develop, modify, and optimize FANUC robot programs for manufacturing applications.
Create and maintain robot programs using FANUC Teach Pendant and RoboGuide software.
Configure robot I/O, Ethernet/IP, ProfiNet, DeviceNet, and other communication protocols.
Implement robot path optimization to improve cycle time and productivity.
Support robot integration with PLCs, HMIs, vision systems, conveyors, and peripheral equipment.
Preventive & Predictive Maintenance
Perform preventive maintenance activities on FANUC robots and controllers.
Monitor robot health parameters and implement predictive maintenance techniques.
Maintain robot backups, software versions, and parameter files.
Ensure proper documentation of maintenance activities and equipment history.
Troubleshooting & Breakdown Support
Diagnose and resolve robot faults, servo alarms, communication failures, and motion issues.
Troubleshoot FANUC controllers such as R-30iA, R-30iB, and R-30iB Plus.
