Octavius Infrastructure is recruiting Skilled Operatives for highways projects in the South West. You will work on civil engineering schemes, requiring a CSCS card and experience in groundworks, structures, or drainage.

Responsibilities
- Carry out skilled operative duties on highways maintenance and civil engineering schemes
- Work as part of a team to deliver projects safely, on time, and to quality standards
- Interpret construction drawings and plans to execute work accurately
- Adhere to site safety, traffic management, and highways working procedures
Requirements
- CSCS card
- Background in Civil, Structural, or Construction engineering, ideally within National Highways or local authority road networks
- Experience across key disciplines such as groundworks, reinforced concrete structures, steelwork, drainage, utilities, and temporary works
- Confidence interpreting construction drawings and plans
- Strong understanding of site safety, traffic management, and highways working environments
- IOSH Managing Safely or SSSTS (depending on role)
