Skilled Craftsperson (Carpentry, Concrete, Demo & Finish, Steel Bldg Erection, Welding)

Responsibilities include but are not limited to performing many phases of commercial and industrial construction. We self-perform a variety construction tasks; carpentry, concrete, demolition, steel erection, door installations and more. We are looking for those who are self-driven and motivated to be a part a of the building process, willing to be hands on and involved in each project and work in varying weather conditions. As a team member you will be expected to work alongside other Lantz team members contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Expected Schedule/Hours of Work: Days and hours of work are generally Monday through Friday, and vary from starting at 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (Field Operations generally work 4 10-hour days depending on the job and weather conditions.)

Travel: Travel is primarily local during the business day and varies with position.
