Job Overview

Requirements
- Strong analytical skills to interpret banking requirements, diagnose issues, and optimize Sitecore solutions
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Understanding of finance and digital banking processes to align Sitecore implementations with industry standards and regulatory needs
- Customer service and sales orientation to support customer journeys, digital onboarding flows, and experience-driven solutions
- Hands-on experience with Sitecore development, configuration, and content management in enterprise environments
- Proficiency in .NET/C#, web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), and API integration frameworks
- Experience working with version control, CI/CD pipelines, and secure coding practices
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline
- Experience in banking or financial services technology is highly desirable
