Role Overview
The Site Time Keeper will manage attendance, working hours, overtime, and manpower records for construction projects.
The role requires construction-industry experience, strong record-keeping and data-entry skills, and knowledge of MS Excel and computerized systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Record daily attendance and working hours for site employees and workers.
- Maintain manpower deployment records across work areas and projects.
- Monitor check-in and check-out times, absences, late arrivals, and early departures.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly attendance and manpower reports.
- Record and verify overtime hours based on approved overtime sheets and site requirements.
- Coordinate with site supervisors, engineers, HR, and project management on attendance and manpower records.
- Ensure timesheets are completed accurately and submitted on time.
- Enter attendance, overtime, leave, and manpower data into company systems or ERP.
- Reconcile records with site access, biometric, or manual attendance systems.
- Maintain confidential documentation and organized filing for attendance, leave, overtime, and timekeeping records.
- Assist HR and payroll teams with attendance and overtime information.
- Monitor manpower movements and support manpower and productivity reporting.
