Responsibilities
- Lead the technical team in production, coordination, and management of shop drawings and technical submissions
- Ensure technical compliance with IFC drawings, regulatory requirements, project specifications, and client obligations
- Manage the full submission log system
- Resolve day to day site technical issues through regular site visits
- Represent the technical department in weekly progress and client/consultant meetings
- Coordinate between civil, structural, MEP, and subcontractor teams
- Drive material and variation order processes in coordination with commercial and procurement
- Review rebar drawings and BBS before consultant submission
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Site Technical Manager or similar role in construction
- Strong knowledge of IFC drawings, regulatory requirements, and project specifications
- Experience leading draftsmen and technical engineers
- Ability to resolve site technical issues and conduct site visits
- Coordination skills across civil, structural, MEP, and subcontractor teams
- Experience with rebar drawings and BBS review

Role Overview
