Job Overview
Ensure the assigned building is clean, presentable, and inviting.
Maintain common areas and washrooms through mopping, sweeping, glass cleaning, and surface wiping.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily duties of light- and heavy-duty custodians.
- Train new hires and reinforce the company’s culture, mission, and values.
- Communicate with shift managers and operational leadership about staffing, safety, supplies, and related concerns.
- Facilitate staff meetings to implement policies, procedures, and safety requirements.
- Maintain and secure storage areas, cleaning equipment, and supplies.
- Perform light- and heavy-duty cleaning, including floor maintenance.
- Perform minor equipment repairs and report vandalism.
