Role Overview
Immediate opening for a Site Supervisor at a facility in Langley, British Columbia.
The role oversees janitorial staff and ensures quality cleaning, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Schedule and Pay
- Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., or as otherwise scheduled.
- Pay is $21.00 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with onsite representatives and resolve service-quality issues promptly.
- Prepare shift schedules and work assignments according to contract requirements.
- Enforce safe operating policies and support training for new employees.
- Order supplies, tools, and equipment and manage preventive maintenance.
- Inspect facilities, support cleaning duties, and manage radio communication.
Requirements
- At least two years of facility-services experience in a leadership role.
- Knowledge of cleaning processes, sustainable products, tools, equipment, and machinery.
- People management, planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Microsoft Office and technology-tools experience.
- Police background check required.
