The role
As a site supervisor reporting to the superintendent you will be responsible for safe and efficient delivery of construction activities on site. Key responsibilities will include:
Manage and coordinate construction project activities of subcontract and direct workforce.
Assist in in work program planning and monitor the site work progress by allocating appropriate resources or manpower.
Ensure quality and required specifications are adhered to in completed works.
Maintain accurate records of work activities and progress, incidents and issues.
Ensure all environmental regulations and standards are met.
Contribute to safety culture and performance on-site.
Your skills and experience
- Proven experience in Site Supervision of civil infrastructure projects, specific experience with pipelines and utilities would be advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate as part of a supportive high-performing team.
- Strong understanding of programme management and scheduling, meeting deadlines, and working to budgets.
- Ability to drive a positive Safety culture and compliance.
