Project Overview
The Site Supervisor manages day-to-day activities for a sewage treatment plant project.
The project duration is four months and the work location is Doddaballapur.
Responsibilities
- Supervise STP site activities, manpower, and civil, piping, plumbing, and related works.
- Coordinate with contractors, workers, engineers, and vendors.
- Monitor progress and support timely project completion.
- Check materials and workmanship for quality.
- Maintain daily reports and work records.
- Coordinate materials and deliveries and report site issues to management.
- Ensure work follows drawings, specifications, and safety practices.
Requirements
- Diploma, ITI, B.E., or B.Tech in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 6 months to 1 year of site supervision experience.
- Basic knowledge of construction drawings and site measurements.
- Ability to manage workers and contractors and communicate effectively.
- Ability to ride a two-wheeler or bike.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in STP, sewage, water treatment, plumbing, piping, or civil works is preferred.
