Key Responsibilities: Manage & coordinate multiple construction sites Contractor & labour management Supervise Site Engineers & Supervisors Monitor construction works Material planning & requirements Quality & work progress monitoring Prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPR) Ensure project schedules & deadlines are followed Coordinate between office, site teams & contractors

Candidate Requirements: 3-5 years Strong knowledge of civil & finishing works Experience handling contractors & labour Ability to manage multiple sites Good communication & coordination skills Responsible, honest & practical approach
