About the Role

Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage painting teams at multiple project sites
- Plan daily work schedules and allocate manpower efficiently
- Inspect surfaces before painting and ensure proper preparation
- Ensure painting work is carried out according to project specifications and quality standards
- Coordinate with clients, engineers, consultants, and project managers
- Monitor project progress and submit daily work reports
- Order and control materials, tools, and equipment
- Ensure workers follow all health and safety regulations
- Solve site issues and maintain project timelines
- Train and guide painters to improve productivity and workmanship
- Conduct final inspections before project handover
Requirements
- Minimum 3 5 years of UAE experience as a Painting Supervisor
- Strong knowledge of interior and exterior painting systems
- Experience in villas, apartments, commercial buildings, and high rise projects
- Good knowledge of surface preparation, putty work, primers, textures, and decorative finishes
- Ability to read drawings and understand project specifications
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Valid UAE Driving Licence is highly preferred
- Ability to join immediately will be an advantage
