- Coordinate work schedules and assignments for construction workers

- Conduct regular safety inspections and report any hazards
- Monitor work quality and ensure adherence to project specifications and standards
- Address any quality issues promptly and effectively
- Oversee the procurement and management of materials and equipment on site

- Serve as the primary point of contact for the project manager and subcontractors
- Provide regular updates on project progress, issues, and resource needs

- 3–5 years of experience in construction supervision or related roles
- OSHA certification or relevant safety training
