Site Supervisor - Interior Fitout

We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor – Interior Fit-Out to oversee and coordinate daily site activities for interior fit-out projects.

The role involves supervising subcontractors and workers, monitoring project progress, ensuring quality workmanship, and maintaining compliance with safety requirements and project specifications.

• Supervise daily interior fit-out activities, including partitions, ceilings, flooring, joinery, painting, MEP coordination, and finishing works.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and other site teams.
• Monitor site progress and ensure works are completed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Review drawings and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve site issues and discrepancies.
• Allocate manpower and coordinate materials, tools, and equipment required for site activities.
• Inspect completed works to ensure quality standards and project requirements are met.
• Identify and report defects, delays, material shortages, and technical issues to the project management team.
• Ensure proper sequencing and coordination of different trades to avoid delays and rework.
• Maintain daily site reports, progress records, inspection requests, and other required documentation.
• Ensure workers and subcontractors follow approved method statements and safety procedures.
• Coordinate inspections and approvals with consultants and clients when required.
• Monitor housekeeping and ensure the site is kept clean, organized, and safe.
• Support testing, snagging, rectification, and final handover activities.
• Ensure work is carried out within the agreed schedule and to the required quality standards.

• Diploma or relevant qualification in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Construction, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in interior fit-out or construction site supervision.
• Good knowledge of interior finishing works, materials, and construction methods.
• Ability to read and understand architectural, interior, and MEP drawings.
• Strong knowledge of site coordination, quality control, and safety practices.
• Good communication and team-management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
• Experience in UAE/GCC fit-out projects is an advantage.

Pay: AED135.68 - AED193.55 per month
