Job Description: Site Supervisor And Foreman
Sibalca Packaging Solutions is searching for a dedicated **Site Supervisor / Foreman** to join our team in Doha, Qatar.
This role is essential in overseeing daily operations on-site and ensuring efficient workflow in our packaging solutions facilities.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site operations, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Coordinate and manage workforce activities on-site to meet production goals.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential safety hazards or quality issues.
- Maintain accurate records of site activities, including labor hours, materials used, and equipment status.
- Liaise with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure project timelines are met.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; further certification in construction management or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor, Foreman, or in a similar management role.
- Strong knowledge of construction or packaging processes and safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage a diverse team.
- Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently under pressure.
Additional Information
- **Salary**: QAR 60 - QAR 120 per hour, based on experience.
- **Location**: 88 Industrial Park, Doha, Qatar.
