Responsible for planning, coordinating, and controlling manufacturing, fabrication, fit out installation, and delivery processes.

Ensure goods and services are produced and delivered efficiently.
Involved in pre-production (planning) stage, production (control and quality) stage, and post-production (installation and delivery at site).
Act as the main point of contact for communications with clients at the site regarding project progress and services.
Ascertain safety, efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness of work at the site.
Liaise with team members to formulate objectives and understand requirements.
Organize workflow and workforce to meet specifications and deadlines.
Monitor production to resolve issues.
Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel (machine operators, workers, etc.).
Determine the amount of necessary resources (workforce, raw materials, etc.).
Approve maintenance work and purchasing of equipment.
Ensure output meets quality standards.
Enforce health and safety precautions.

Must have a valid UAE driving license.
Wide experience in metal joinery or carpentry, furniture and fixture builds, exhibition stands, interior decoration, and commercial / residential fit out projects is preferred.
Must be fluent in English and able to converse with the workforce including technicians and skilled workers in Hindi.
