Role Overview
Site Supervisor role based in Gurugram for interior and construction site execution.
The position requires 0-2 years of experience and is suitable for fresher candidates.
Responsibilities
- Oversee on-site installation, flooring, lighting, and furniture placement.
- Ensure quality meets brand standards.
- Handle contractors and labor teams.
- Report site progress and issues to the project coordinator.
Required Skills
- Hands-on site execution experience in interiors or construction.
- Knowledge of basic civil, electrical, and carpentry work.
- Attention to detail and a quality-control mindset.
- Good communication with labor teams and clients.
- English and Hindi language proficiency.
- Valid driving licence.
Workplace and Schedule
- The role is work from office and site based.
- Work location is in person in Gurugram.
