Role Overview
Supervise day-to-day construction site activities and ensure work follows drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.
Coordinate technical supervision, multiple teams, and resource utilization at the site.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute work according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Supervise daily site activities and ensure progress meets the schedule.
- Monitor workmanship and adherence to quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors and labor teams.
- Provide technical guidance to site workers and supervisors.
- Plan and monitor material requirements based on work progress.
- Ensure all work meets technical specifications and standards.
- Take site measurements and maintain measurement records.
- Coordinate with the Quantity Surveyor for bill verification.
- Supervise finishing works.
Technical Knowledge
- Understand architectural, structural, and MEP construction drawings.
- Have fundamental knowledge of building construction processes.
- Read and interpret structural drawings.
Requirements and Qualifications
- B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 3–4 years of relevant experience.
- Strong communication and leadership skills to manage labor teams.
- Proficiency in Hindi is preferred for site coordination.
- Diploma qualification is preferred according to the education details.
Pay and Employment
- The job is permanent.
- Pay is ₹15,000–₹30,000 per month.

- Work location is in person.
- The stated preferred location is Kochi, Kerala.
