Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate workers and subcontractors on site
- Support Project Managers in planning and executing work schedules
- Create and manage daily/weekly project timelines and task lists
- Ensure timely ordering and delivery of materials to avoid project delays
- Enforce site safety protocols and ensure regulatory compliance
- Keep accurate site records and daily reports
- Prepare weekly progress updates for clients
- Participate in site meetings and provide timely feedback on project status
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in Dubai's renovation/construction industry
- Familiarity with NOC procedures in Dubai
- Valid UAE driver's license and own vehicle
- Strong knowledge of construction practices and safety standards
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, schedules, and technical plans
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
- Self motivated, detail oriented, and capable of working independently

About the Role
- As an On site Supervisor, you will be responsible for the smooth day to day operations of renovation sites.
- Working closely with project managers, subcontractors, and site workers, you’ll ensure all work is delivered to the highest quality, on schedule, and in compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- This is a hands on role that requires strong leadership, problem solving abilities, and a proactive mindset.
