About the Role
M FIT INTERIOR DECORATIONS LLC is seeking an experienced Senior Site Supervisor – Décor to manage day-to-day site execution of interior décor works. The role requires strong hands-on experience in finishing works, team management, and coordination with project engineers and MEP teams.

Responsibilities
- Supervise daily execution of interior décor works including ceilings, partitions, flooring, painting, wall finishes, glass, and metal works
- Manage and control site manpower, subcontractors, and foremen
- Ensure works are carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and schedules
- Coordinate with MEP teams for smooth execution and sequencing
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are met
- Identify and resolve site issues and clashes proactively
- Ensure material availability and proper usage on site
- Monitor progress and report daily/weekly to the Project Engineer / Project Manager
- Coordinate snag rectification and final finishing works
- Ensure site safety practices and housekeeping standards are followed
Requirements
- Minimum 5 8 years experience as a Site Supervisor in interior décor / fit out works
- Strong knowledge of interior finishing systems and materials
- Ability to read and understand interior and coordination drawings
- Experience handling multiple trades and subcontractors
- Strong leadership, coordination, and problem solving skills
