Role Description

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise all on-site activities (civil, joinery, MEP, finishes)
• Manage and coordinate
• carpenters, painters, masons, and subcontractors
• Ensure work is executed as per
• drawings, BOQ, and specifications
• Monitor daily progress and maintain site reports
• Coordinate material deliveries and usage on site
• Handle
• snagging, quality control, and final handover
• Ensure compliance with
• Dubai building management and NOC requirements (Emaar, Nakheel, etc.)
• Maintain site safety and discipline

Qualifications

• Minimum
• 3–5 years experience
• in Dubai renovation / fit-out projects
• Strong knowledge of:
• Civil works (tiling, gypsum, painting)
• MEP Site Works as per approved drawings
• Safety measures for all work
• Ability to read and execute
• AutoCAD drawings
• Experience handling
• building approvals and site coordination
• Strong problem-solving and site decision-making skills
• Ability to manage multiple trades under pressure
• UAE driving license (not required)

• Someone who prevents mistakes , not reports them after damage is done.
