About the Role
The company is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor cum Electrical Technician in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
This is a full-time, on-site position supervising daily site activities while carrying out and overseeing electrical installation, testing, troubleshooting, maintenance, and related technical work.
The role coordinates with project management, engineers, contractors, technicians, suppliers, and site teams to meet safety, quality, and project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise site activities, electrical works, technicians, subcontractors, and manpower.
- Perform electrical installation, testing, troubleshooting, maintenance, repairs, and technical issue resolution.
- Read drawings and schematics, monitor progress, inspect completed work, and ensure compliance with specifications and safety standards.
- Coordinate project teams, suppliers, materials, tools, equipment, and site requirements.
- Maintain documentation, provide progress updates, and report technical issues, delays, and material requirements.
- Support testing, commissioning, handover, rectification, housekeeping, and safe working practices.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- At least four years of relevant professional experience in electrical works and site supervision.
- Strong practical knowledge of electrical installation, maintenance, testing, troubleshooting, tools, equipment, materials, and installation practices.
- Previous experience supervising technicians or electrical site teams.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and layouts.
- Strong problem-solving, coordination, prioritization, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a project team.
- Good English communication skills are required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Arabic communication skills are advantageous.
- Experience in luxury hospitality, SPA, wellness, swimming pool, MEP, construction, hotel projects, or premium installations is advantageous.
Preferred Skills
- Site supervision and team coordination.
- Electrical installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Technical drawing interpretation, project coordination, and material and manpower coordination.
- Quality and safety compliance, problem-solving, reporting, and documentation.
- English communication; Arabic communication is a plus.
