Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Measure completed and ongoing work at project sites.
• Perform rate analysis for interior and furnishing items.
• Prepare client bills, RA bills, measurement books, quantity statements, and MIS reports.
• Supervise daily site activities and coordinate with contractors and labour.
• Ensure quality and timeline adherence.
• Maintain records and prepare progress reports using MS Excel.
• Liaise with clients, engineers, and government officials on approvals and queries.
• Travel to project sites across India as required.

Required Qualifications

• Proven civil site supervision experience in interior and furnishing works.
• Hands-on knowledge of rate analysis, BOQ preparation, and metric measurement systems.
• Proficiency in MS Excel for billing, quantity statements, and MIS reports.
• A diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 5 years of site supervisor experience is required.
• Good written and verbal communication skills are required.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with government contracts and billing formats is a strong advantage.

Location and Travel

• Candidates must reside in Mumbai suburbs or the Virar to Mira Road corridor.
• The role requires approximately 25% travel to project sites across India.

Compensation

• The pay is ₹25,000 to ₹40,000 per month.
