Role Overview
Responsible for managing day-to-day activities at project sites.
Supervises workers, coordinates site execution, and supports project completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise site activities, allocate work, and monitor workforce productivity and attendance.
- Ensure work follows approved drawings, specifications, instructions, and quality standards.
- Maintain attendance, material, site, and progress records and submit daily or weekly reports.
- Coordinate with contractors, workers, engineers, and project management.
- Manage the use and movement of manpower, tools, equipment, and materials.
- Enforce safety procedures, conduct inspections, identify unsafe conditions, and ensure PPE use.
- Handle basic site-level issues and escalate major technical or operational matters.
- Maintain housekeeping and support completion within the planned schedule and budget.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Knowledge of site supervision and workforce management is required.
- Basic understanding of civil, site, and construction practices is required.
- Communication, reporting, leadership, and problem-solving abilities are required.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines is required.
- ITI or Diploma in Civil or a relevant field is an advantage.
