Role Overview
Supervise daily construction activities at residential project sites.
Support smooth and timely execution of civil construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily civil construction activities at the site.
- Coordinate workers, subcontractors, engineers, and contractors.
- Ensure work follows drawings, specifications, and schedules.
- Monitor material quality and workmanship.
- Coordinate material requirements and site activities.
- Maintain daily work and progress reports.
- Ensure proper site safety practices.
- Identify and resolve site-related issues when required.
Requirements
- B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- At least 2 years of relevant civil site supervision experience.
- Good knowledge of construction and site activities.
- Good team-handling and communication skills.
- Ability to manage workers and coordinate site activities efficiently.
- Willingness to work additional hours based on project requirements.
Compensation
- Pay is ₹20,000–₹30,000 per month.
