Supervise and manage day-to-day site activities for fit-out, interior, and civil works.
Ensure all works are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
Coordinate and supervise carpentry, joinery, gypsum, ceiling, flooring, painting, partition, civil, and other interior works.
Read and interpret architectural, interior, civil, and shop drawings and ensure proper execution on site.
Coordinate with subcontractors, workers, suppliers, and other site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Monitor work progress, quality, and site productivity and report updates to the Project Engineer/Project Manager.
Ensure materials delivered to site are as per approved specifications and required quality standards.
Identify and resolve site-related technical and coordination issues in consultation with the project team.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure proper workmanship and compliance with project requirements.
Coordinate with other trades to avoid site clashes, delays, and rework.
Maintain proper site records, including daily progress, material requirements, manpower, and work status.
Ensure the site is maintained in a safe, organized, and professional manner.
Ensure work is completed within the agreed project schedule and required quality standards.
