Site Responsibilities
- Supervise daily project operations and coordinate site activities across fit-out, joinery, steel fabrication, glass and aluminium, and MEP installations.
- Handle procurement and sourcing tasks and coordinate with suppliers and vendors for materials and resources.
- Manage and execute sample deliveries to clients and consultants as required.
- Ensure all work complies with approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
- Manage labor, subcontractors, and project resources efficiently to prevent delays.
- Coordinate with the project manager, estimation team, and workshop on material deliveries and logistics.
- Conduct project and site inspections to maintain quality control and compliance with UAE HSE regulations.
- Resolve technical and operational challenges across projects.
- Maintain daily progress logs, track schedules, and report directly to management.
Role Requirements
- Experience supervising fit-out, joinery, steel fabrication, glass and aluminium, and MEP installation activities.
- Ability to coordinate labor, subcontractors, suppliers, vendors, project teams, and workshop operations.
- Knowledge of UAE health and safety requirements for project and site inspections.
