Role Overview
The Site Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi.
The position oversees day-to-day operations at project locations and coordinates installation work for signage, large-format prints, and fabrication projects.
Responsibilities
- Manage site staff and subcontractors, assign tasks, monitor progress, and resolve on-site issues.
- Ensure installations are safe, on schedule, and consistent with quality standards.
- Conduct site inspections, verify measurements, and review technical drawings, plans, and specifications.
- Enforce safety regulations and client requirements on project sites.
- Communicate with project managers and clients about status updates, logistical needs, and required adjustments.
- Prepare site reports and project documentation.
Qualifications
- Experience in site supervision within advertising, signage, construction, or a related industry is required.
- Ability to read technical drawings and knowledge of signage, fabrication, and installation methods are required.
- Experience enforcing health, safety, and environmental procedures is required.
- Strong organization, time management, communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail are required.
- Basic office and project management tool proficiency is required.
- Previous Abu Dhabi or UAE experience is advantageous.
- A relevant technical or vocational qualification is preferred.
