Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities on site
- Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules
- Monitor workers, subcontractors, and site productivity
- Ensure compliance with quality, health, safety, and environmental (HSE) requirements
- Coordinate material deliveries, equipment, and manpower to avoid delays
- Report daily site progress, issues, and resource requirements to the Project Engineer/Project Manager
- Conduct site inspections and ensure work is completed to the required quality standards
- Resolve day to day site issues and maintain good coordination with all project stakeholders
- Ensure housekeeping and site safety are maintained at all times
Requirements
- 3–5 years of UAE experience as a Site Supervisor in construction projects
- Experience in villa construction, commercial buildings, and fit out projects
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, site coordination, and quality control
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings
- Good leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage labor teams and subcontractors efficiently
- Valid UAE Driving License is preferred
