The Site Supervisor will oversee maintenance, repair, and fit-out activities for luxury retail stores.
The role coordinates site activities, technicians, subcontractors, suppliers, and client communication while maintaining high workmanship standards.
Site Coordination and Supervision
- Supervise daily maintenance, repair, and fit-out activities on site.
- Coordinate technicians, subcontractors, suppliers, and other parties involved in the works.
- Ensure work follows approved scope, drawings, specifications, and client requirements.
- Monitor schedules, organize site access and permits, arrange deliveries and resources, and coordinate solutions to site issues.
Quality Control
- Inspect completed work and maintain the finishing standards expected in luxury retail environments.
- Check materials, finishes, installations, and workmanship before client handover.
- Ensure defects and snagging items are corrected promptly.
- Protect existing store finishes, furniture, displays, and merchandise during maintenance work.
Client Communication and Reporting
- Act as the main site contact between the company, client representatives, technicians, and subcontractors.
Requirements
