Position Summary
The Site Supervisor oversees printing and signage projects at various client locations.
The role coordinates on-site activities, manages a team, and ensures timely delivery according to quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule on-site printing and signage installations.
- Source appropriate materials and suitable suppliers for each job.
- Inspect sites, assess requirements, and address potential challenges.
- Communicate with clients about specifications, concerns, and project progress.
- Monitor budgets and expenses and identify efficiency improvements.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, environmental, and company standards.
- Resolve project issues and conflicts to minimize disruption and delays.
- Coordinate project requirements and resources with design, production, and sales teams.
- Maintain job documentation, site reports, and client communication records.
Requirements
- Hold a valid UAE driving license.
- Have 3 to 5 years of printing and signage industry experience, including site supervision and project management.
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Understand printing and signage techniques, materials, and equipment.
- Be able to solve problems and make decisions quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Have strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Be willing to travel to various client locations, with 75% travel required.
- Uphold high standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Job Type and Pay
- The posting identifies the role as full-time and permanent.
- The stated pay range is AED 3,500 to AED 4,500 per month.
