Role Overview

BLB Limited is seeking a Site Supervisor for premium and luxury residential construction.

The role is based at construction sites in Daryaganj and Vasant Kunj, Delhi.

The position requires independent oversight of civil, finishing, and related site execution activities.

Compensation

The posting states a salary of ₹80,000 per month.
A separate pay line lists ₹70,000–₹80,000 per month.

Qualifications and Profile

B.E. or B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a reputed college.
At least 15 years of experience.
Strong hands-on experience with premium or luxury residential projects, including villas, farmhouses, bungalows, or high-end residences.
Strong construction and finishing knowledge, AutoCAD capability, independent site execution ability, and communication and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise civil, finishing, and related construction works.
Read architectural, structural, and MEP drawings and coordinate site execution.
Monitor contractors, labor, materials, quality, measurements, and daily progress.
Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, quality standards, and timelines.
Resolve site and technical issues and coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
Maintain daily site reports, measurements, drawings, and work records.
