Responsibilities
- Supervise construction workers and subcontractors, assign tasks, and track daily attendance.
- Identify site hazards, run safety meetings, and ensure compliance with health and safety laws.
- Inspect work at critical stages to ensure it matches blueprints and building codes.
- Order building materials, track inventory supplies, and organize work schedules.
- Write daily logs and update project managers on delays or site issues.
Compensation
- Pay is ₹25,000 to ₹30,000 per month.

- Work location is in person.
Requirements
- Experience or capability supervising construction workers and subcontractors is required for the site supervision role.
- Ability to enforce health and safety requirements and conduct site safety meetings is required.
