Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily marble, granite, and natural stone installation activities.
- Allocate work to masons, helpers, polishers, and subcontractors.
- Monitor manpower attendance, productivity, and daily targets.
- Read and understand shop drawings, layouts, and project specifications.
- Take accurate site measurements and coordinate requirements with the factory and engineering team.
- Ensure alignment, levels, joints, finishing, polishing, and overall workmanship.
- Coordinate material deliveries, tools, equipment, and site requirements.
- Inspect completed works and arrange rectification of defects and snags.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors, consultants, and clients.
- Prepare daily site progress reports and highlight delays or technical issues.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of marble and other materials to minimize damage and wastage.
- Ensure workers follow site safety, housekeeping, and company procedures and achieve project quality targets.
Work Location
- The role is performed in person.

- Ability to supervise marble, granite, and natural stone installation activities.
- Ability to allocate work to masons, helpers, polishers, and subcontractors.
- Ability to read and understand shop drawings, layouts, and project specifications.
- Ability to take accurate site measurements and coordinate requirements with factory and engineering teams.
- Ability to maintain required quality, safety, housekeeping, and company standards.
